Tiffany Winks is an associate in the Atlanta office. She graduated Cum Laude and received her J.D. from the Charleston School of Law. During law school, Ms. Winks worked as a LexisNexis Associate and is LexisNexis Professional Research and Advance Research certified. In addition, she was a published member of Federal Courts Law Review and a member of Alternative Dispute Resolution Journal.
She attended Clemson University, where she graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. in Marketing. After graduating, Ms. Winks spent a year in AmeriCorps, working with Sea Island Habitat for Humanity.
Ms. Winks has experience in third party litigation arising out of transportation, products, and premises liability claims involving catastrophic injury and wrongful death. Ms. Winks additionally handles first party coverage issues related to issues arising out of transportation, products, and premises liability claims.
