A native of North Carolina, Mr. Ivey is the managing partner of the firm's Columbus office. Mr. Ivey practices in the areas of medical malpractice, premises liability, insurance defense, and workers’ compensation defense. Mr. Ivey has tried numerous cases for clients throughout Georgia. Mr. Ivey is on the Board of Directors for the Stewart Community Home.
Mr. Ivey, the co-leader of the Retail Liability Practice Group, has extensive experience in defending property owners in premises liability actions. Mr. Ivey has defended many "slip and fall" actions as well as other premises liability claims for many employers throughout Georgia.
