Heather Saum Ware is a partner with Hall Booth Smith, P.C. She joined the firm 11 years ago but started her practice in 1998 in Mississippi in the areas of products liability and medical malpractice defense. Since joining Hall Booth, Heather has litigated in a wide variety of areas involving medical, chiropractic, and dental malpractice, general liability, employment law, and data privacy and security.
A native of Columbus, Mississippi, Ms. Saum Ware attended Mississippi State University as a Schillig Scholar and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication in 1995. In 1998, she received her Juris Doctor degree, with honors, from the University of Mississippi. While at Ole Miss, she was a member of the Law Journal and the Moot Court Board.
Ms. Ware's retail practice involves the defense of businesses in all areas of litigation. She assists clients in the prevention of accidents, incidents, and resulting litigation. When litigation arises, she focuses on an appropriate resolution to the matter, whether that involves positioning the case for a swift settlement or trying a case to verdict.
