Virginia, a native of Atlanta, Georgia, is a Partner with Hall Booth Smith, P.C. As a child, she lived in various South Georgia towns; her family moved to the Atlanta area where she attended high school. She later attended the University of Georgia where she received a B.A. in Psychology in 1998. In 2002, she graduated from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University.
After graduating from law school, Virginia moved to Valdosta where she worked with a local insurance defense law firm for approximately a year and a half before joining HBS. Virginia's practice areas include medical malpractice, premises liability, product liability, motor vehicle liability, and real estate. Virginia is admitted in all State Courts and in the Federal Middle District of Georgia.
Virginia has represented numerous clients including lenders, individuals, and governmental agencies. Services include various real estate matters, such as residential closings, commercial closings, lease arrangements, landlord/tenant matters, foreclosure proceedings, writ of possession matters, and redemption proceedings. She has also represented various Georgia counties on tax sale matters. She is also able to conduct real estate matters at all of our HBS offices as well as at office locations she has in Valdosta, Douglas, and Waycross.
