Jennifer M. Eberle is a Partner in the HBS Nashville office.
A native of Clarksville, Tennessee, Ms. Eberle received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Austin Peay State University, graduating cum laude in 1998. She received her Juris Doctor, also with honors, from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2001.
Ms. Eberle is a trial attorney with more than 15 years’ experience litigating cases for the defense. She specializes in medical malpractice and liability litigation for health-care providers. She is AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Eberle is involved in the Nashville community. She is a volunteer with her local YWCA of Middle Tennessee, and served on its Junior Board of Directors from 2006 to 2012. She has served as a Pro Bono Clinic volunteer with the Nashville Legal Aid Society. Ms. Eberle is a member of the Marion Griffin Dhapter of the Lawyers' Association for Women. She has also served on the Best Buddies of Tennessee’s 5K Committee since 2013.
Ms. Eberle represents hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare professionals in professional negligence cases across the State of Tennessee in depositions, mediations, and jury trials before state and federal courts.
