William Gordon is a partner in the Atlanta office of Hall Booth Smith, P.C. Mr. Gordon received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1999 from the University of Alabama, and his Juris Doctorate in 2004 from New York Law School. Mr. Gordon was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 2004, and the State Bar of Georgia in 2010. During law school, Mr. Gordon clerked for the Honorable William A. Shashy in the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit of Alabama in Montgomery.
Mr. Gordon is a member of the Professional Negligence/ Non-Medical and Fiduciary practice group. He has represented attorneys in malpractice and fiduciary claims in a variety of disputes, including but not limited to complex commercial and residential real estate transactions, personal injury claims, levies, and defamation. Mr. Gordon has first hand experience in every facet of malpractice litigation, from pre-claim assistance through trial and appeal.
