Jack Gresh is proud to be the managing partner of the Charleston, SC office where he and the firm continue to serve their clients' needs throughout the region. Mr. Gresh attended the University of Georgia for a degree in economics where he received the Outstanding Academic Achievement Award and graduated cum laude. Thereafter, Mr. Gresh returned to Atlanta to obtain his Juris Doctorate from Georgia State University College of Law, where he also graduated cum laude. 
Since 2012, Mr. Gresh has consistently been selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in Professional Negligence Defense by Thompson Reuters, a designation awarded to only the top 2.5 percent of lawyers in South Carolina in this practice area.  He is AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell.

Mr. Gresh has successfully defended manufacturers, distributors, and vendors in products liability actions in both state and federal courts.  Moreover, Mr. Gresh is a part of the HBS Rapid Response Team for products liability defense wherein he can quickly deliver legal advice to those dealing with a crisis.
