Jason Vuchinich is an associate in our Atlanta office, focused on construction, retail and hospitality, general liability, products liability, and transportation matters.
Mr. Vuchinich earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Georgia after graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy and political science from the University of Mississippi.
During law school, he was awarded the M.E. Kilpatrick scholarship and received a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in his international law class. Mr. Vuchinich was on the executive board of the journal for the 45th volume of the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law, and served as the executive conference editor.
He also served as a research assistant to Julian A. Cook, the J. Alton Hosch Professor of Law, for whom he conducted research on Georgia case law to contribute to the Trial Handbook for Georgia Lawyers.
Mr. Vuchinich was an active member of both the Mock Trial and Moot Court Advocacy Programs at the University of Georgia School of Law and spent his summers during college in Birmingham, Alabama, as an intern with a local law firm.
Mr. Vuchinich is a member of the Georgia Bar, UGA Alumni Association, Ole Miss Alumni Association, Claims and Litigation Management Alliance, Georgia Defense Lawyers Association, Atlanta Claims Association, Southern Loss Association, The Federalist Society and the Defense Research Institute where he serves as the Young Lawyer Liaison Vice-Chair for the Retail and Hospitality Substantive Committee.
