Tiffany Winks is an associate in the Atlanta office. She graduated Cum Laude and received her J.D. from the Charleston School of Law.  During law school, Ms. Winks worked as a LexisNexis Associate and is LexisNexis Professional Research and Advance Research certified.  In addition, she was a published member of Federal Courts Law Review and a member of Alternative Dispute Resolution Journal.

She attended Clemson University, where she graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. in Marketing.  After graduating, Ms. Winks spent a year in AmeriCorps, working with Sea Island Habitat for Humanity.

Insurance Coverage

Ms. Winks has experience in providing insurance coverage opinions regarding life, property, and casualty coverage issues including CGL policies, bad faith, uninsured motorists, causation, and excess coverage under commercial and personal policies. In addition, as the cyber insurance market grows, it is critical have counsel who is equipped with the knowledge and understands the unique aspects of data breach and cyber coverage.  Ms. Winks represents insurance companies and is experienced in all aspects of insurance defense. Whether providing a coverage opinion or representation through the trial level, Ms. Winks is committed to providing quality representation to the client.
