Anthony Stewart is an attorney in the Atlanta office of Hall Booth Smith. He earned his Doctor of Law degree from Emory University School of Law in 2012. During law school, Anthony clerked for the Honorable Richard W. Story with the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and for the Honorable Jason J. Deal with the Superior Court for the Northeastern Judicial Circuit.
Anthony has over 10 years of clinical experience working in healthcare, which provides his clients with a unique perspective in his evaluation of legal claims involving personal injuries. Anthony also takes advantage of his extensive experience with network security and administration (including penetration testing and forensic analysis) and his in-depth knowledge of computer programming to work with business in the areas of data privacy and security.
Anthony represents municipalities, corporations, airports, business owners, hospitals, retail stores, restaurants, homeowners and other owners and occupiers of land in different types of premises liability actions where injuries range from minor soft tissue injury to death. Anthony's representation includes pre-suit investigations, claim evaluations, and all phases of defense litigation, including trial.
