Mr. Williams has over 25 years of civil trial experience. He is a member of the professional negligence and general liability practice groups. Mr. Williams focuses his practice in the areas of medical malpractice, commercial litigation, premise liability and product liability matters. In addition, Mr. Williams has extensive experience in construction defect claims involving catastrophic losses. As a former city attorney, Mr. Williams has handled numerous zoning and land use cases as well as government employment matters and civil rights litigation.
Mr. Williams has experience in handling a variety of general litigation claims. His practice has included products liability cases involving numerous industries and products, including construction materials and consumer electronic equipment. For over 20 years, Mr. Williams has defended apartment complexes and retail businesses in premises liability claims ranging from negligent security cases to the defense of slip and fall accidents.
