Nate Gorman is an associate in the Nashville office of Hall Booth Smith, P.C. A native of Franklin, Tennessee, Mr. Gorman received his Bachelors of Science, magna cum laude, in Public Administration and Political Science with a minor in Economics from the University of Tennessee. Mr. Gorman then went on to receive his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the University of Tennessee with a concentration in advocacy. While in law school, he represented indigent clients in the Advocacy Clinic, one of the longest running legal clinics in the country. Also during law school, he served as a member and editor of the Transactions: Tennessee Journal of Business Law, was a member of Jerome Prince Memorial Evidence Moot Court Team and received CALI Awards for Contract Drafting and the Advocacy Clinic.
With several members of his family being medical doctors, Mr. Gorman has a personal interest and desire to defend healthcare practitioners of all types in his legal practice.
