Spencer Craig is an associate in the Charleston office. As a native South Carolinian, she attended Clemson University, where she graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. She received her Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law in 2012. During law school, she served as Judges Chair for the Moot Court Board, Research Assistant for the Legal Research and Writing Department, and was a member of the Business Law Society. Ms. Craig also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Robert S. Carr, Magistrate Judge of the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina. 
Ms. Craig joined the firm after serving as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Mikell R. Scarborough, Master-in-Equity for Charleston County, South Carolina.

Practice Areas

Aging Services

Ms. Craig has been involved in defending facilities and professionals providing skilled nursing, assisted living and hospice services statewide. She has advised clients on administrative matters and compliance with state and federal regulations. As a member of the aging services litigation team, she assists clients in all phases of litigation, including pre-trial litigation, discovery and trial.
