Carly MacMillan is an associate in our Nashville office, focused on aging services and long term care defense.
Earlier in her career, Ms. MacMillan worked for a mid-sized Florida-based nursing home defense firm where she defended long-term care facilities against negligence and wrongful death claims. She also served as a law clerk while in Florida.
Ms. MacMillan earned her Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law after graduating with a Bachelor's degree in public relations, Magna Cum Laude.
Ms. MacMillan resides in East Nashville with her husband, Cameron, and their two cockapoos- Dexter and Cici.
Ms. MacMillan is a member of the Nashville chapter of the Lawyers’ Association for Women and was accepted into the 2018 Long Term Care Power Lawyers Class.
