Mr. Brown is a partner in the Atlanta office of Hall Booth Smith, P.C. Mr. Brown received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Georgia State University, from which he also received his Juris Doctorate in 2010. Mr. Brown was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2010. Mr. Brown graduated magna cum laude from law school and served on both the Law Review and Moot Court.
Mr. Brown is a member of the Aging Services, General Liability, Professional Malpractice and Ethics, and Retail and Hospitality pratice groups.
Mr. Brown represents long-term care facilities in regulatory, administrative, and litigation matters, and has been involved in bringing about successful resolutions to a variety of claims against nursing homes ranging from professional malpractice to premises liability.
