Perhaps the best evidence of the critical role of our culture to our firm's success is our retention of clients on a long-term basis and our addition of new clients by providing top notch service.  As attorneys, we often measure our success by the satisfaction of our clients.  The firm empowers all of our employees to do whatever is necessary for our clients.

HBS encourages its attorneys to participate in seminars and training programs on a wide range of topics to best prepare them to excel within their respective area of practice.  Our attorneys have specific continuing legal education requirements to maintain an active law license, and the firm provides funding for seminars and educational events to meet these needs.  Attorneys are encouraged to attend industry related events and to become active members of professional organizations that promote their individual professions.  In addition, our paralegals and legal nurse consultants are also encouraged to attend educational events in order to best serve our clients, to keep current in the marketplace, and to enhance their overall individual professional development.
