Mentoring Program

HBS Mentoring Program

The HBS Mentoring Program is dedicated to creating and cultivating strong relationships internally in order to facilitate the professional, business, and personal development of all participating HBS attorneys.  It is our expectation that the Program will develop firm leaders, increase our attorneys' understanding of the firm and its areas of practice, and assure the attorneys become more responsive to our clients ever changing needs.

The Program is mandatory for first and second year associates and voluntary for all others.
