About Our Practice
The HBS Immigration Practice Group is comprised of experienced lawyers dedicated to providing excellent legal advice, guidance, and representation in resolving a broad range of immigration related issues. We offer up to date and comprehensive knowledge of immigration laws, United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) regulations, and pending legislation that could impact individuals and their families as well as businesses and their employees.
We assist businesses in obtaining temporary and permanent immigration status for your executive, managerial, professional and other employees in virtually every visa category. We also work with clients to develop policies and internal processes to ensure compliance with federal and state-level immigration laws and minimize exposure to civil and criminal immigration enforcement. HBS also offers seminars and customized training programs to teach companies and their HR departments how to be in compliance with the multitude of rules and regulations flowing from the immigration laws.
