Overview

Tom is a trial lawyer, with a focus on health care, product liability, fire cause and origin, and transportation matters. As a result, he has significant experience working alongside and cross-examining a wide range of expert witnesses. A related aspect of Tom’s practice involves counseling his clients on product safety and reporting, including product recall and regulatory compliance before federal and state agencies, such as the Consumer Product Safety Commission and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
Tom also litigates fiduciary disputes, representing individuals, executors, and trustees in matters involving wills, estates, trusts, guardianships, and conservatorships.
Tom has a national litigation practice and has tried numerous cases to verdict in both federal and state courts. He has an active motions practice, has appeared before the Georgia Supreme Court and the Georgia Court of Appeals, and has extensive experience representing clients in mediation.
Tom is a native of Atlanta and graduated from Marist High School, where he met his wife Jennifer.  Tom and Jennifer have three children.
